Act as key project member for new part development projects.
Coordinate with project leader to define machining specific base on full process chain to be ensure the stable machining process.
Support IE engineer on new fixture design and drive the continues development.
Assist samples trail run and product quality ensure,follow up on decisions for sample parts(e.g. blocking/scrap,futher process processing/testing..
Ensure the advanced machining scheme is workable, the make corrections if necessary.
Responsilbe for New machine commissioning, defects follow up.
Responsible for supplier development (to give a professional judgement about the used fixtures, cutter management,… at supplier side).
Continued process/products improvement.
Other task assigned by supervisor
Bachlor degree, majored in mechanical engineering related.
Solid knowledge on CNC machining, Fanuc or Simens is an advantage.
Be good at improvement of cutter life and equipment efficiency, especially turning and grinding, DDG(Double Disc Grinding) is a plus.
Excellent problem solving compentency, especially on cutter selection, fixture improvement and program optimization.
Strong Quality awareness, sound knowledge about TS16949.
Excellent communication skill and team building experience5+ years experience in automotive industry,powder metal industry is preferred.
Fimilliar with office software.
Good english level both in writing and oral
