What you can expect

List of Activities

  1. Analyze, design, develop, test and implement new or changed Human Capital business processes, considering the existing environment and process landscape
  2. Collaborate in implementation project for SuccessFactors EC and its integration and support the business in defining requirements
  3. Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs
  4. Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  6. Support daily operations, ensuring seamless system functionality
  7. Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement
  8. Responsible for global team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.

Professional Expertise

 

  1. Relevant 5+ years of professional experience in Human Capital Management software
  2. Relevant 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (incl. full life cycle SuccessFactors EC implementation experience) and preferable additional SF modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning)
  3. Proficient in configuration & customization as well as release & change management in SuccessFactors
  4. Knowledge on integration / interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM as well as other systems, including BIB (Business Integration Builder and related BADI (Business Add-in)
  5. Basic knowledge of Human Capital processes and operations
  6. Preferably completed a technical or IT related education
  7. Preferably active SAP SuccessFactors EC certification
  8. Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
  9. Testing and debugging skills are an added advantage
  10. Understanding of databases, data migration and interfaces is an advantage
  11. Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
