Production Supervisor Job Scope:Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production floor to ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. This role involves supervising production team members, managing resources, and monitoring workflow to meet production targets. The supervisor also plays a key role in implementing continuous improvement practices and fostering a productive work environment.
We are looking for candidates with the following capabilities:
- Ability to plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.
- Proficiency in allocating resources (labor, materials, and machinery) to maximize efficiency.
- Experience in monitoring quality metrics and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop production team members to achieve high levels of performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning new software programs.
- Ability to respond effectively to unexpected changes in production demands, resource availability, and equipment issues.
Requirements
- Proven Experience (3 - 5 years) as a Production Supervisor or Similiar Role in Manufacturing
- Strong Understanding of Production Processes, Quality Control, and Safety Standards.
- Demonstrated Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Shop Floor Management
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Problem Solving Skills.
