Responsibilities

List of Activities

• Analyze, design, test and implementation of new or changed business processes, consid-ering the existing environment and process     landscape.

• Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs.

• Responsible for implementation/enhancement project support as prioritize by the product.

• Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements.

• Support & Coordinate on topics with Integration with other modules.

• Understand requirement & prepare functional specifications for development.

• Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement.

• Support Key User and User on daily activities.

• Close collaboration with Global IT.

• Responsible for team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.

Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience into respective & allied modules
• Experience working with integrations utilizing IDOC, RFC, FTP and interfaces
• Proficient in configuration & customizations, managing change requests etc.
• Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
• Experience working in a highly customized SAP environment or equivalent platform
• Working experience with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
• Domain Experience is an added advantage
• Basic debugging skills is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Mass data update and Data Migration tools
