People & Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

The People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) acts as a trusted advisor to site leadership and employees, supporting all aspects of the employee experience — from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and engagement. This role partners closely with operations and functional teams to align people strategies with business goals, promote a strong culture, and support an engaged, high-performing workforce.

• HR Operations & Compliance: Process owner for the full HR function at the site and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies. 
• Strategic Partnership: Member of the local management team and global People & Culture teams. 
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers for attract and select talent. Lead the onboarding process for all new employees. 
• Talent Management & Development: Facilitate the process to identify talent needs and build development plans that support technical advancement, career growth, and succession planning. 
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote positive employee relations, partner with leaders to foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment, and support employee engagement surveys, action plans, and follow-up activities. 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing environments
• Overall experience of working in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, and employee training & development
• Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and influence at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and ADP preferred
