We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global People & Culture Business Partner to join our Friction Division leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving our People & Culture strategy and ensuring that our employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with our corporate mission. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement initiatives that support our business goals, and foster a positive leadership and high-performance workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global leaders to understand business objectives and develop P&C strategies that support those goals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of talent management, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Support / Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze P&C metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, providing expertise in change management and communication strategies.
  • Represent division and site needs in Group, as well as Group interests in the division.
  • Proactively collaborate in development and deployment of Group-wide activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a global HR role, with a strong background in talent management, employee life cycle management, leadership and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, good understanding of business concepts.
  • Ability to navigate decentral organization structures, to interact and communicate with different levels and target groups across the organization.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • In-depth knowledge and HR best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing P&C strategies in a global organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 65,500 € /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
